Why I Started This Brand

My name is Tony, and like many adults our age, I hit a point where:

• Strength mattered more
• Confidence mattered more
• Comfort mattered more than ever

I wanted gear that fit right, felt good, and looked clean — without being loud or designed for 18-year-olds. So I created Fit After 45 — a brand inspired by real life, real training, and real people.
